Shopping with Elyora
Have you found an Elyora piece you simply must have? Lovely!
Select your preferred colour and/or size, then click “Add to Bag”.
Of course, you can continue shopping — your shopping bag will always be waiting for you at the top right of the page.
⚠️ Please note: items placed in your shopping bag are not reserved until your order has been completed.
When you’re ready to check out, simply click the shopping bag icon in the top right.
On the next page, you can still adjust quantities if needed.
Then, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
At checkout, you’ll be able to enter all your details on one simple page.
Please note: once your order has been placed, it can no longer be modified as it will immediately be processed to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are the shipping costs?
At Elyora, shipping is completely free.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Can I track my delivery?
Yes! All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace service. You will receive a link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please be aware that it may take a little while before tracking information becomes available.
3. What are the delivery times?
We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are processed the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means the average delivery time is 10–15 working days.
4. What if I’m not at home during delivery?
If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel will be held at a local delivery point for 7 days (Royal Mail or the relevant courier service).
You will receive a notification with details of where and when you can collect your parcel. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
5. Incorrect delivery address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.
As we work quickly to process and ship orders, there is only a short window to amend an address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you’ve entered an incorrect address.
6. Lost or stolen parcel
Elyora cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us.
An investigation with the courier can only be initiated 14 days after the stated delivery date. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
