Returns Policy

If you have received the wrong items, or if the items you received are faulty, please email us at info@elyora.co.uk so we can assist you further.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused and resalable condition.

Once your return has been approved and received, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding return shipping costs). Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not returned in their original condition.

How to Request a Return

  1. Download, print, and complete our return form. If you don’t yet have one, request it by emailing info@elyora.co.uk

  2. Send your completed return form along with a photo of the items you wish to return to info@elyora.co.uk

  3. Once approved, make sure your items are securely packaged and meet the conditions outlined below.

  4. Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of your package.

  5. Use a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

  6. Email your tracking details to info@elyora.co.uk

Please return your goods to the address provided on your return form.

 

Return Conditions & Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • All returns must be sent with a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

  • Returns must be approved with a completed return form. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Request a return form by emailing info@elyora.co.uk with your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your parcel
Return the items together with the completed form to the address on your return form. Make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days back to your original payment method.
